The most common concern a home buyer will ask about is the overall condition of the property, including the state of major systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and whether there are any existing issues or necessary repairs that need to be addressed, essentially wanting to know if the house is structurally sound and what potential costs might be involved in maintaining it.

Other key concerns buyers often ask about include:

  • Price: The asking price and whether it aligns with their budget.

  • Neighborhood: Safety, quality of schools, nearby amenities, and the general feel of the area.

  • Property taxes: The amount of property taxes associated with the home.

  • Age of the home: How old the house is and whether it needs major renovations.

  • Recent inspections or appraisals: If there have been any recent inspections or appraisals to assess the property's condition.
